Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Origins Menotonics products are fulfilled from our overseas warehouse. Please allow additional time for international transit when estimating your delivery date.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — any applicable promotions will be displayed at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or Delayed Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@menotonics.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier disruptions.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Menotonics is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@menotonics.com — we will do our best to amend it before dispatch.
