Refund & Return Policy
Our Commitment At Menotonics, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 90 days of the order date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original, sealed packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or partially used supplements or wellness products
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
Change-of-Mind Returns If you change your mind about a purchase, you are welcome to return the item within 90 days provided it meets the eligibility criteria above. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs to our fulfilment centre. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Faulty or Damaged Items If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at contact@menotonics.com and we will arrange a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or return at our cost.
UK customers: Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy. US customers: Your rights may vary by state.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@menotonics.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and our returns address
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in transit
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the outcome
Refunds If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at contact@menotonics.com.
